About your Therapist

My name is Alan and I am passionate about Bowen technique and the ability to help people in pain and who are struggling with all aspects of their health and wellbeing.

I lost both my parents to cancer,  but saw how alternative therapies helped them through their journey with the disease. I started  training as a reflexologist  as I wanted to be able to bring relief to people who were suffering with pain and stress.  I visited a Reflexologist who also performed Reiki on me and was so impressed that I trained to become a Reiki Master.

During my time working as a Reflexologist,  I found out that Bowen Technique is an effective treatment for  musculo-skeletal problems.  I injured my shoulder and after hearing positive comments about Bowen Technique, attended a session with a Bowen Therapist.  I was amazed that after one session, my shoulder felt free of pain.  I was so impressed that I decided to train as a Bowen Therapist.   I qualified as a Bowen Therapist in the summer of 2016 and am continually developing my skills and knowledge through continuous professional development. I now work full time as a therapist covering Bowen Technique, Reflexology and Reiki.

I am full insured and registered to work in all the above  therapies.
